After about a year of research, I decided that Seattle was the best place to invest.
I left everything to Mariko and was able to make a great purchase that went flawlessly.

I am a real estate consultant in Japan, and rarely meet a professional as capable as Mariko. Likewise, her staff is also outstanding, demonstrating a great example of teamwork.

It was our first time purchasing a home and Mariko with her extensive experience and knowledge was able to educate and guide us very professionally and with class. She had a firm grasp of the market as well as geographical landscape and was politely honest when some of the properties were not up to our standards. She was very attentive and responsive, always available via email or phone. Once we found a property that fit our criteria and that we liked, she was able to arrange for inspection and any necessary repairs swiftly, making the whole process tidy, and also acted on our behalf as the communicator/negotiator with the selling party. We don’t think it’s ever totally smooth sailing in these transactions, but her sincere guidance made our experience fairly stress-free and we were very happy that we found something we were looking for.

今回は私たちにとって初めてのマイホーム購入でした。まりこさんは豊富な経験や知識を惜しみなく提供してくださり、冷静かつ高いプロ意識で多くの助言をしてくれました。また市場について確かな目を持っており、エリアにも精通しています。さらに私たちの希望条件に満たない物件に対しては、礼儀正しくも正直に欠点を指摘して下さいました。まりこさんの対応は極めて迅速かつきめ細かく、いつでもメールや電話でご相談することができました。希望条件を満たし、気に入った物件を見つけた後は、速やかに家屋調査や必要な修繕に取り掛かり、プロセス全体をきちんと管理してくれました。また私たちの代わりに、売主側との交渉や連絡も一手に引き受けてくださいました。これほどの手続きがここまでスムーズに進むとは思っていませんでしたが、まりこさんの真摯な仕事ぶりのおかげで、ほとんどストレスを抱えることもなく、希望通りのマイホームに出逢うことができました。

この度はいろいろとご尽力いただきありがとうございました。時差もあり距離も離れているため、物事がスムーズに進まずご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありませんでした。でも、迅速に売却となったのも三井さんはじめスタッフの皆様のおかげだと感謝しております。「売却物件名」も良いBuyerさんの元、これからも大切に住んでもらえたらと思います。 本当にありがとうございました。

Thank you to Mariko and her team for their tremendous efforts. Mariko listened and followed my requirements as best as anyone could. I listed my property at a challenging price, but Mariko was willing to work with this requirement and be patient throughout the process. It resulted in the sale taking a bit longer than we expected, but the end result was a closing price that was close to what I wanted. Her professional approach allowed us to work effectively together, sometimes disagreeing but always arriving at the best result.

I interviewed several real estate agents before selecting Mariko to handle my listing. Most of the other agents were pompous and arrogant, acting as if they were smarter than everyone else. Nearly all of them wanted me to list my property at a price 10% lower, so that they could get a quick sale. Mariko, on the other hand, was very pleasant and calm, listening carefully to my thoughts throughout the entire process. In the end, Mariko successfully sold my property at a price close to where I believed it should be and to the right buyer who really appreciated the property.

I know this sale was challenging, but her team did an outstanding job on a tough set of requirements. I think the excellent results speak for themselves.

三井さんとチームの方々には大変お世話になりました。私の要望に対して、三井さんは他の誰よりも真摯に耳を傾け実行してくれました。物件をリスティングする際、難しい価格設定で挑んだのですが、三井さんはこの条件にも前向きに取組み、最後まで忍耐強く対応してくれました。売却は予想より若干時間がかかったものの、結果的には希望額に近いクロージング価格で終えることができました。三井さんのプロフェッショナルな仕事ぶりのおかげで、お互いに効率良く協力することができ、時には異なる意見を交わしつつも、最終的には常に最良の結果を得ることができました。

三井さんに物件をお任せする前に、他にも複数の不動産エージェントと面談をしました。他のエージェントの場合、まるで自分の方が賢いと言わんばかりに、上から目線で横柄な態度をとる人ばかりでした。またほぼ全員が、さっさと物件をさばくために、私の希望価格より1割低い価格設定でリスティングしようとしました。その反面、三井さんはとても感じが良く穏やかな方で、一貫して私の想いをじっくりと聞いてくださいました。最終的には、三井さんは見事に物件を納得できる価格で売却し、さらに物件の良さを理解してくださる良い買い主も見つけてくれました。

この物件の売却は確かに難しい注文でしたが、三井さんのチームは数々の難題を乗り越え、素晴らしい働きをしてくださいました。その実力は、結果が物語っています。

不動産売買でお世話になるのも今回で3度目です。不動産について少しずつ私の知識も増えてきたと自負していますが、三井さんの力強いサポートなしでは今後もこれほどストレスなくスムーズな売買は出来ないと思います。今回もまた新しい事を学ばせても頂きました。次もし買い替えることがあれば、その時もまた是非よろしくお願いします!

This was my third time using Mariko’s real estate service. Although I became a little more knowledgeable about real estate transactions, I believe that nothing would have been so smooth without her strong support. Once again, I learned so many new things this time. I’ll definitely come back to Mariko when buying my next house!
