今回　サマミッシュの自宅売却の際には大変お世話になりました。

今まで　カナダ、アメリカで数回　自宅購入、売却の際、別の不動産仲介を利用しましたが、付加価値を感じることが出来ないけれど自分たちでは難しいことをお手伝いしてもらってると割り切っておりました。

We found out about Rella through a friend of ours who purchased a home with your team earlier this year. We are so very grateful to all of Team Rella for providing a service that exceeded our expectations.

We have used other real estate agents to buy and sell our homes in the US and Canada over the years. The only services they provided were the services of “buy, sell, and close,” and provided no additional services like the Rella team.

『日本へ本帰国する最後の朝まで住まなくてはならず、売却に向けた家の改装も出来ない。』
障害者と同居する我家の特殊な条件でも家の売却が成立するのかどうか、心配な思いを抱えながら三井さんに相談したのは昨年2月の事でした。
『任せて下さい。御心配なく。』心強い三井さんの台詞に安堵した記憶が昨日の事の様です。
実際の売却は、市場が冷え込んだ昨年末、売り手不利な状況下にもかかわらず見事に我が家の条件を満たす内容で売却を実現して頂きました。

Just last February of last year, I anxiously consulted with Mariko about whether I would be able to sell my home successfully despite the difficult challenges that come with living with a family member who is disabled.
Mariko reassuringly told me, “Please leave it to me and don’t worry.”
At the end of last year, when the market was not at its highest like it has been for the past few months, I was still very satisfied with the price that they were able to successfully sell my house for. Up until my house closed, day and night, Mariko and her staff were in communication with me daily, so I always knew what was going on and didn’t have to worry.

I asked Mariko Mitsui and her team help me sell my current home and buy a new one.

With less than a month of preparation, it took me only 2 days to get into contract to sell my house after listing it on market and I was also able to find a house to buy next day! From then I was able to move safely in less than three months.

After deciding to put my house for sale, I was still a bit worried until it sold, but the smiles and encouragement of Team Rella helped me a lot. In addition, their careful research that was done prior to putting the house for sale on the market and the setup they did such as tidying up and cleaning, and detailed staging made it look attractive and we received an immediate response from buyers who came to see it during the listing launch open house. Despite the stress of buying and selling at the same time, it all went very smoothly.

そして購入で終わりではなく、住み始めてからもフォローしていただき大変助かりました。初めての戸建て暮らしは日本の住宅設備との違いに戸惑うことも多かったですが、定期点検が必要な設備やおすすめ業者なども教えていただきました。さらに設備で不具合が出た際には業者となかなか連絡が取れずに不安な中、電話で丁寧にフォローしていただき安心できました。

This was our first time living and buying a single-family home in the United States. There were many unclear points, but we were able to proceed with the buying process with peace of mind after carefully being explained all the steps in Japanese. While searching for a property, we were able to keep in touch with Mariko daily and we were promptly updated in detail.

Thanks to Mariko, we were able to tour many properties and clarify our wants and wishes in a home. When we found the property we wanted, Mariko navigated us with the lots of knowledge throughout the process to make an offer, and thanks to her, we were able to purchase it without any problems on our first offer.

We expected the buying process to be more difficult, but we are grateful to the Rella & Associates team for this smooth transaction! Mariko not only helped us with the buying process, but she even followed up with us after we had moved in. When we started living in our house, I was confused by some of the appliances as some are different than we were used to in our home in Japan, so Mariko helped us understand which appliances require regular inspections and referred her contractors to us. Furthermore, when something went wrong with one of the appliances, we were very worried because we were unable to get ahold of the contractor, but Mariko followed up with the matter carefully over the phone, and we were able to solve the problem, thanks to her.

For our first home purchase in Washington, we were introduced to Mariko by a trusted friend who has lived in Bellevue for 20 years.
