Mariko saved us from a home-hunting crisis. We frequently changed our mind, and asked a lot of last-minute or trivial questions. Mariko accepted us with open arms and a big smile. I used Mariko’s service when I purchased my condominium 8 years ago and this time she helped me selling the same exact condominium. She guided me through preparation of documents, arrangement of repairs and other things needed to take care of even through I was in Japan at the time of this sale.
