This was the third time I asked Mariko to be my agent while buying a house, but this was my first time buying an investment property. I always appreciate her meticulous and dedicated service. I’m a very picky person to begin with, and I wasn’t buying this investment property out of absolute necessity, so I couldn’t help but keep looking for the perfect house, which probably caused them so much time and trouble. When buying our home, I went to Mariko on the advice of my colleagues.

When we made an offer on a property we liked, it already had another offer. However, she explained us how to make a successful counter offer that was really compelling.
