It was hard to keep the property in remote location, but Mariko and her team helped me a lot to keep it for long time. Even though I can continue to keep it with Mariko’s help, it is time to buy new house in my current location so that I decided to sell it. Fortunately I identified new owner and Mariko and her team did excellent job to sell it smoothly. Because of time and location difference, frequent communication was very helpful to understand the progress from remote location. Everything went smooth and thank you for your professional work including her team. 

遠隔地にある物件の維持は大変でしたが、三井さんやスタッフの方々に長年にわたり本当に良く助けていただきました。三井さんのサポートのもとでこのまま維持することもできるのですが、現在の生活拠点で新たな住まいを購入する節目を迎えたため、売却を決断しました。幸運にも新たな家主様が見つかり、三井さんおよびスタッフの方々の見事な仕事により順調に売却できました。時差や場所が離れていたため、こまめに連絡をいただくことで離れた場所からでも進捗が把握でき、非常に助かりました。おかげさまで万事順調に終わり、三井さんのチーム体制も含めたプロフェッショナルな仕事ぶりに感謝申し上げます。

今回は10年以上前に三井さんを通して買った家の売却と、新しいコンドミニアムの購入をお手伝いしていただきました。10年以上前に三井さんにお手伝いしていただいた時、家の購入がとてもスムーズにいったので、今回も信頼できる三井さんにお願いしました。
 
家の売却と同時にコンドミニアムを購入するというタイミングや運にかなり左右される状況でしたが、予定していた通りに全てが順調に運び、問題なく二つの物件を売買することができました。
 
家の売却の際は溜まったものや家の整理や掃除などストレスになるようなことがたくさんあり、本当に家の売却ができるのかと心配していましたが、三井さんの励ましやアドバイスやヘルプのおかげで無事に家をマーケットに載せることができました。
 
また三井さんだけでなく、アシスタントの方々にも昼夜問わずいろいろとサポートをいただいて、安心してお任せできました。

I relied on Mariko’s expertise to buy a condominium and sell a house, which I purchased through her over a decade ago. I always remembered how flawlessly Mariko helped me buy the house back then, so after more than ten years, I came back to her with full trust.
 
While timing and luck both played a big part in selling and buying a home at the same time, everything went just as planned, and I was able to sell and buy each property successfully.

Mariko and Yoko helped me so much when I bought a condominium. What’s great about Mariko? Too many to count, but her sound advice, speedy response, close attention, and also great teamwork with her assistants Yoko and Masae to name a few. 
I had to return to Japan due to my child’s work. Despite of limited time, Mariko masterfully sold the house on time.

We asked Mariko to sell our home as we were relocating to Japan.  In addition to sadness of leaving our dear old home of over two decades, we had numerous problems such a hectic temporary trip back to Japan to buy a new house, and dealing with other unexpected issues.
