この度、無事に家を購入することができました。これも偏に三井さんとマクグラスさんの多大なご尽力のおかげと感謝しております。
10月という、物件を探すにはベストとは言えない時期でしたが、三か月近くにわたってとても我慢強くサポートしていだたきました。
途中大統領選の影響もあって状況がどんどん悪くなっていく中、諦めてしまいそうな時もありましたが、いつも「大丈夫ですよ、必ず見つかりますよ」とおっしゃっていただき、安心できたのを覚えています。
新しく物件がリストされる度に、タイトなスケジュールでのツアーをお願いすることもありましたが、お忙しいにも関わらず、いつもこちらの都合を最優先していただき、いつでもどこにでも駆けつけていただきました。
物件を見ている時も、それぞれの物件での良い点、悪い点をわかりやすく教えていただき、また、決して急かされることもなく、気が済むまで確認することが出来ました。
最終的には、当初希望していたエリアからは少し外れてしまいましたが、それでも三井さんの言葉通り、なんとか条件に合う家を見つけることが出来ました。
また、オファーがアクセプトされてからも、ローンの審査や引っ越しの時に至るまで大変なサポートをいただき、とても力強かったです。
三井さんにお願いしてよかった、三井さんじゃなければ家の購入なんてとても出来なかった、と今は思っています。

I was very happy to be able to purchase a house. This was all thanks to Mariko and Yoko’s tremendous effort and I’m so grateful for it.
Since it was October, it was not the best house hunting season. However, they were always patient and supportive for nearly three months. 
When the market worsened, partially due to the presidential election, I sometimes felt like giving up, but they always reassured me, saying “Don’t worry, you’ll find one!”. 
When I would ask for a tour with a crammed schedule every time I saw a new listing, Mariko and Yoko always put my needs first despite of their busy schedules, and came to me whenever and wherever I requested. 
When we were viewing properties, they clearly told me both the pros and the cons of each property, and let me view it until I was fully satisfied, without ever rushing me. 
In the end, I managed to find a home that met my needs–just as Mariko promised–even if it was a little outside the area I originally hoped for. 
After my offer was accepted, their outstanding support continued from mortgage application to moving. 
It’s good that it was Mariko I asked for a help. In retrospect, if it wasn’t Mariko, I could never have become a homeowner.

不動産購入は人生初めての経験で、知識ゼロの私を無事我が家購入まで、導いていただきどうもありがとうございました。限られた予算の中、加熱した不動産市場に煽られて、不安でいっぱいでしたが、夕方以降に物件探しに付き合っていただいたり、深夜近くまで電話でサポートいただき、お蔭様でスムーズに短期間で希望の物件を手に入れることが出来ました。三井さんとマクグラスさんのチームワークの良さも心地よく、本当に良かったです。 

Thank you very much for guiding me–as a first-time real estate buyer with absolutely zero knowledge–through successfully buying my home. With a limited budget, I was filled with anxiety under the pressure of the heated real estate market. However, I was able to buy the right property smoothly and quickly thanks to Mariko, who accompanied me on my property search until late in the evenings, as well as consulted me by phone until midnight. まりこさんには前回は家の購入を手伝っていただいて、今回はコンド購入をお願いしました。コンド探しから購入まで一か月ぐらいの短い期間に加えて、クリスマスホリデー真っただ中のオファーなど本当に大変だったと思います。ようこさんには仕事前の早い時間などに物件を見させていただいたりして本当に助かりました。こちらの都合で色々ハプニングありましたが、落ち着いて対応していただき助かりました。 
 
前回の購入時にも思いましたが、本当に物件を探すときの注意点やおすすめの地域などのアドバイス素晴らしかったです。おかげさまで、あんなに短い期間なのに満足のいく物件を購入できました。

As Mariko had previously helped me buy a house, I asked for her help again to buy a condominium this time. It must have been very hectic for her as we only had about a month to search for and buy a condo. Plus, it was the middle of the holiday season when we made an offer. Yoko also helped me tremendously by showing properties at early hours, before work. A few issues arose due to my personal circumstances, but they handled them professionally.   

Just like I was impressed with my last purchase, they again gave me great tips and pitfalls for the property search and desirable neighborhoods. Thanks to Mariko’s team, I was able to buy a wonderful property in such a short time.   

I will definitely continue working with Mariko and her team again.
