年末年始を跨ぎ、マーケット的には必ずしもベストではない時期、タイトなバジェットで特殊な物件を希望していました。
家探しを始める前、三井さんが『でも、この時期は掘り出し物が出ますよ!』と言って下さったのですが、その時は勇気付けてくれたのだと思っていました。
そしてなんと数週間後、本当に期待以上の物件を見つけて下さいました!連絡を受けて私が現地に着くと、三井さんとアシスタントのマクグラスさんが既に到着済みでした。家探しを始めから全てご一緒して下さったマクグラスさんが笑顔で『絶対好きだと思います!』と言って下さったのが大変印象的でした。
その後、チーム三井のスピードとチームワークで一番にオファーを出し、無事に購入する事が出来ました。
クロージングが完了して数日後、三井さんからお電話がありました。まだ何かし忘れたかなぁと電話に出ると『その後、何か困っていませんか?』とわざわざフォローアップのお電話でした。
チーム三井にお願いして本当に良かったです。

I was looking for a particular property on a tight budget, during the year-end holidays, which tends to be not the best time for the housing market. “Actually, it’s a great time for a property bargain!”, Mariko said, before we started house hunting. At the time, I thought she said it just to cheer me up.
After a few weeks however, she really did find a property beyond my expectations! Upon receiving this great news, I arrived at the property where Mariko and Yoko were already waiting for me. What was really memorable was when Yoko, who helped me everything right from the start, smiled at me and said, “I know you’ll love it!”
We then made an offer before anyone else — thanks to Team Mariko’s speed and teamwork — and the property was mine.
A few days after closing, Mariko called me. I wondered if I had forgotten something. It turned out she was only following up to make sure I was doing fine.
Team Mariko was the best choice I could have made. Thank you, Mariko!

三井さんには家の購入でお世話になりました。 
私たち夫婦はわがままで要望の多い顧客だったと思います。家の立地、大きさ、価格等で譲れない部分があり、そう簡単に見つけられるものではないとわかっていましたが、三井さんは辛抱強く私たちの家探しに付き合ってくださいました。また、私たちが疑問に思ったことに対しても納得できるまで向き合ってくださるので、見学に行った物件の前で長時間話し込んだこともありました。 
家探しは大変でしたが、三井さんという素晴らしいエージェントに恵まれたおかげで満足できる物件を購入することができたと思います。 
家を購入した今でも、たまに住宅情報ウェブサイトを見ることがあるのですが、総合的な評価で現在の家を超えるものは出ていません。

Mariko helped me purchase a house.  
We were probably a demanding, high maintenance couple to work with. Unwilling to compromise on things like location, size and price, we knew it wasn’t going to be easy to find a perfect house. Still, Mariko patiently helped us find one. She also responded sincerely to all our questions, until we fully understood. For example, like when we had an impromptu marathon meeting right in front of a property we just viewed.  
House hunting was hard, but we were able to purchase a great property thanks to having a wonderful agent like Mariko.  
We now have a home, but still check real estate websites once in a while. Let me tell you, we haven’t found anything better than our home in terms of overall rating.

今回、投資目的の物件を購入するにあたり、三井さんにお世話になりました。
今までにも何度か物件購入の経験はありますが、日本人エージェントにお願いするのは初めてでした。それは、私の物件に対する考えや意見を100%理解していただきたいという理由からでした。ただその反面、日本人で大丈夫だろうか、相手側のエージェントと対等に交渉できるのだろうか…という不安もありました。
しかし、三井さんにお会いし、そのような不安はすぐに取り除かれました。
まず、三井さんは時間を惜しむことなくシアトル近郊を案内してくださり、それぞれの場所柄、物件等について的確なアドバイスをしてくださいました。また、早く購入したいという私の焦る気持ちをなだめてくださったり、本当に希望通りの物件を見つけることができるのだろうかという私の不安な気持ちを察して、励ましてくださったりもしました。
交渉段階でももちろん、押しの強い交渉をしていただき、私の希望通りの物件を予算価格内で、スムーズに購入することができました。
また購入後は、『チーム三井』の一員であるマクグラスさんが賃借人が入居するまで、賃貸広告、オープンハウス、物件に関する問い合わせ、そして契約などの細々したことを一気に引き受けてくださり、とても助かりました。
今回、三井さんに出会い、彼女のような日本人女性が、アメリカでプロフェッショナルに働いている姿を見ることができ、私にとってもとても良い経験になり、また同じ日本人女性として彼女を誇らしく思います。そして、『チーム三井』のクライアントに対する行き届いた気配りと思いやりに心から感謝しています。また、これからも物件を売買する際は、ぜひ三井さんにお願いしたいと思います。

I just used Mariko’s service to purchase an investment property. 
I have bought a few properties in the past, but this was my first time working with a Japanese agent. I did so in the hopes that my ideas and opinions about property would be completely understood. On the other hand, I was a little concerned about her being Japanese – I wondered how competitively she could negotiate with other agents. 
Upon meeting Mariko, however, my concerns were quickly put to rest. 
From the start, Mariko willingly showed me around the Seattle area, and gave sound advice on each neighborhood and property. She also tempered my impatience to make a quick purchase, and gave me encouragement when appreciating my concerns to find the right property. 
Mariko was also a tough negotiator as I trusted, and helped me make a smooth purchase of the property I wanted, within budget. 
After the purchase, it was a tremendous help to have Yoko from “Team Mariko” take over, and handle everything from the rental ad and open house to the inquires and contract details, until my tenant moved in. 
Meeting Mariko was a great opportunity for me to witness a professional Japanese women thriving in America. As a fellow Japanese woman, I am so proud of her. I highly appreciate dedicated and kind support of Team Mariko toward clients. I will definitely continue working together with Mariko for future property transactions.
